The control requirements for the stretching and bending straightening machine include the following points:
Board type: Cut a 1-meter finished sample and place it flat on a flat surface to detect the wave height at different points. Simply put, it means using fingers to press different positions. If elastic deformation can occur, it indicates that there is still a problem with the board shape.
2. Surface. Bending and straightening are aimed at solving the problems of plate shape and releasing internal stress. However, if the equipment (roller system) is not well maintained, resulting in surface defects such as scratches, color differences, and dents, it is not good.
3. Geometric dimensions and performance changes. Stretch bending correction is the use of plastic deformation of materials to improve plate shape and internal stress distribution. If the tension or elongation used is too large, it will inevitably change the geometric dimensions of the material, causing tolerances to exceed the standard. Although the physical properties do not change much, they will also change with the size of deformation.
