Main Components
Uncoiler: It undertakes the task of uncoiling roll materials. The commonly used one is the single-arm uncoiler. The rotation of its mandrel is driven by an AC variable frequency motor through a reducer, which can achieve constant tension control to prevent the roll materials from loosening. There are also pressure rollers to prevent rebound and loosening. The surface of the pressure rollers is covered with polyurethane to protect the sheet materials.
Leveler: It is used to correct the flatness of metal sheets. Through a multi-roller structure, pressure is applied to the sheets to eliminate defects such as bending and waving that occur during the rolling and transportation of the roll materials, so that the sheets can reach the required flatness accuracy and provide a good foundation for subsequent processing.
Cutting-to-Length Device: It can accurately determine the length of the sheets according to the set size requirements. Advanced measurement and control systems such as encoders and laser rangefinders are adopted to ensure the cutting-to-length accuracy of the sheets and meet the size specification requirements of different products.
Shearing Machine: It is responsible for shearing the leveled and cutting-to-length sheets into the required lengths. According to different sheet thicknesses and materials, appropriate shearing methods and cutting tools are selected to ensure the shearing quality, making the cutting edges flat, burr-free, and deformation-free.
Stacking Device: It stacks the sheared sheets neatly for convenient storage and transportation. The parameters such as the length, width, height, and stack weight of the stack can be adjusted to meet the stacking requirements of different specifications and quantities of sheets. It is suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steels, silicon steels, tinplates, stainless steels, and various types of metal materials after surface coating, meeting the needs of different industries for metal sheets.
