Structural Composition
Mechanical Structure
Frame: It is usually made of high-strength steel materials, such as channel steel, I-beam, etc., which are welded together to bear the weight of the steel plate and the trolley itself, ensuring the stability and reliability during the operation process.
Running Mechanism: Generally, it is composed of wheels, axles, bearings, drive motors, etc. The wheels mostly adopt wear-resistant polyurethane wheels or steel wheels to adapt to different working environments and load-bearing requirements. The drive motor provides power for the trolley, enabling it to travel smoothly on the track or the ground.
Lifting Mechanism: There are two common lifting methods, namely hydraulic lifting and electric screw lifting. Hydraulic lifting lifts the steel plate through a hydraulic cylinder, which has the characteristics of large lifting force and stable operation. Electric screw lifting realizes the lifting of the steel plate through the motor driving the screw, with relatively high precision.
Material Rack: It is used to place the steel plate and is generally designed with an adjustable structure, which can adapt to steel plates of different sizes and thicknesses. Some material racks are also equipped with anti-slip devices and positioning devices to prevent the steel plate from sliding or shifting during the transportation process.
Electrical Control System
Controller: Such as a PLC controller, which precisely controls the running speed, lifting height, positioning, etc. of the trolley, and can achieve automated operation according to preset programs and instructions.
Sensors: Including position sensors, weight sensors, etc. The position sensor is used to detect the position of the trolley and the height of the steel plate to ensure the accurate parking of the trolley and the accurate feeding of the steel plate. The weight sensor can monitor the weight of the steel plate in real time to prevent overloading.
Operation Interface: Usually, it is a touch screen or a button-type operation panel, which is convenient for operators to set parameters, control the running status of the trolley, and display the working information and fault alarms of the trolley, etc.
Technical Parameters
Load-bearing Capacity: Generally, it ranges from 1 ton to 20 tons. Common ones are 5 tons, 10 tons, etc., and it can be selected according to actual needs.
Lifting Height: Generally, it is between 0.5 meters and 3 meters. For example, the stroke of the oil cylinder of the feeding trolley matched with the slitting machine can reach 0.6 meters.
Running Speed: Usually, it is about 5 meters to 20 meters per minute and can be adjusted according to the production rhythm.
Positioning Accuracy: It can reach ±5 millimeters or even higher to ensure the accurate feeding of the steel plate.
Working Voltage: Commonly used ones are 220V and 380V, which are selected according to the power of the equipment and the usage environment.
Optional Configurations
Automatic Centering Device: It can automatically adjust the position of the steel plate to align it with the feed inlet of the production equipment, improving the accuracy and efficiency of feeding.
Wireless Remote Control System: Operators can remotely control the trolley from a distance away from it, improving the safety and flexibility of operation.
Guardrail and Warning Light: Enhancing the safety of operators and warning the surrounding people to pay attention to the running status of the trolley.
Automatic Weighing System: Measuring the weight of the steel plate in real time, which is convenient for statistics and control of the feeding amount.
Application Scenarios
Metal Processing Industry: Such as steel plate slitting factories, stamping factories, sheet metal processing factories, etc., which are used to transport steel plates from the warehouse or stacking area to processing equipment such as slitting machines, punching machines, and bending machines.
Machinery Manufacturing Industry: Transporting steel plate raw materials for machine tools, production lines, etc., such as in the fields of automobile manufacturing, construction machinery manufacturing, etc.
Steel Structure Industry: In the steel structure production workshop, transporting steel plates to welding, cutting and other workstations.
Warehousing and Logistics Industry: Used for the handling and storage of materials in the steel plate warehouse, realizing the rapid inbound and outbound of steel plates.
