(1) Uncoiler
Function

Types

Tool System

The number of tools depends on the slitting requirements and can be up to dozens. It can precisely slit the aluminum plate according to the set width. The tool spacing adjustment precision is high, for example, it can reach ±0.01mm to ensure the accuracy of the slitting width.
Shearing Principle
The aluminum plate is sheared by the relative movement of the upper and lower tools. During the shearing process, through precise pressure control, the neatness and smoothness of the cut are ensured. The shearing force can be adjusted according to the thickness and material of the aluminum plate to meet different processing requirements.
(4) Tension Control System
Working Principle
The tension change of the aluminum plate during the processing is monitored in real time through the tension sensor. Then, according to the information fed back by the sensor, the control system adjusts the speed of the motor or the braking force of the braking device to keep the tension of the aluminum plate stable. For example, during the rewinding process, if the tension is too large, the control system will reduce the speed of the rewinding motor; if the tension is too small, the speed of the motor will be increased.

Surface rewinding is to wind the aluminum plate on the surface of the rewinding roller through friction. This method is suitable for aluminum coil with a larger diameter. The rewinder can automatically adjust the rewinding speed and tension according to the thickness and width of the aluminum plate.
Auxiliary Devices
It is equipped with a pressure roller device, which is used to apply appropriate pressure to the aluminum plate during the rewinding process to make the aluminum coil tighter.
